Package includes :

•	2 Nights accommodation in a Deluxe Room.
•	Complimentary Welcome Drink upon your arrival.
•	Complimentary buffet breakfast for 2 Adults and 2 Child (below 12 years old).
•	One (1) Steamboat Dinner OR One (1) Chinese Set Dinner at Coconut Grove Coffee House for 2 Adults and 2 Child (below 12 years old).
•	Complimentary Batik Painting for child.
•	Complimentary Daily Newspaper and Drinking Water.
•	Complimentary usage of Jacuzzi, Sauna & Gym room.
•	Complimentary WIFI access in lobby and restaurant area.
•	20% discount on all food and beverage (except for alcoholic beverages and purchase of tobacco).

Terms & Conditions:

•	Extension night will be chargeable prevailing internet rates.
•	Extra bed or extra person are chargeable at RM60.00 ++ per bed per night with breakfast.
	Free of charge for children below 12 years old sharing with adult on existing bedding.
•	Breakfast is chargeable at RM20.00 ++ per person.
•	Rates are quoted ++ subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Check-in time: 3:00 pm and Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period / Super Peak :
	- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Rates are applicable to Malaysian and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows:

Normal Period :

Cancellation made within 5 days to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.

PEAK & SUPER PEAK PERIOD:

Cancellation made within 10 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.
