BED CONFIGURATIONS

Rates Includes:

•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Free access to gym and swimming pool.
•	Wherever rates quoted as nett are deem to include 10% service charge and 5% government tax and wherever rates are quoted as ++ are subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

Terms & Conditions:

•	Deluxe Room Only is quoted without breakfast. Deluxe Room is quoted with breakfast.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM70.00 ++ per bed per night without breakfast.
•	Breakfast is chargeable at RM24.00 ++ per adult.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period :
	- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

•	Low Season
	One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

•	Peak Season / Super Peak Season
	A One night for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
